Called the call centre this morning (25min) to book an unaccompanied minors spoke to Tina but guess what she could not complete the transaction, as the system went down.
She left me a message at 13h26 - when I called back the lady could not assist me cause she could not find my childs details - I spent another (25mins)

Shocking that it takes sooo long to do bookings. And the attention foe detail my the call centre people are terrible...

Guess what I was told to call before 5 to make the payment... note I am in JHB and the child is flying DBN to JHB

And were will the c/card be... with me now I have to wait for forms to copy my c/card details
