GTASA - Global Travel Alliance SA
Targeting Pensioners & people who cannot afford it

Traveling & Tourism

GTASA seem to be intent on focusing on people who cannot afford what they are being "sold". The sales pitch is completely mispositioned and instead of saving people money they are costing those that cannot afford it, much more than they would dream of spending. Specifically an older couple who have been convinced to invest in this "bargain" and now have to try and find the money to pay for it - quite frankly it is a disgrace. The couple have asked them for help in selling it so they are not lumped with this massive cost for the rest of their lives, but they have had no success and no interest in anyone trying to help them. There are clearly a lot of people in the same boat, given the number of complaints, which makes it clear that they are not above board in terms of their selling techniques. Can someone at GTASA please help this couple get out of this terrible situation which they didn't understand, it is not fair and it is not in line with the CPA and clearly just not ok.
