MONEY PAID FOR TOP GEAR TICKETS NEVER RECEIVED

We contacted Marius Erasmus on June 12 for tickets for the Top Gear Show in Durban. Marius said that he will be able to assist and sent his bank account details (5 different banks) in order for us to make the payment. We made the payment and sent the proof of payment through. The tickets were then going to be couriered to us and I confirmed our street address. Two days went by and I didn't hear anything from him. I called him on the Friday before the show and asked for the tickets. He was very surprised that it has not been delivered and said he would call me back. On Saturday morning June 15 (the day that we were supposed to go to the show) he sent me an email at 09h51 saying that he will refund us for the tickets because he cannot get hold of the guy that was supposed to deliver it (who was apparently part of the organizers of the show!!). He suggested that we buy other tickets on iticket - the website which we did. We paid R2075 into his account. I have been asking and calling and emailing and even put a post on Facebook to enquire about the refund - and he just does not take my calls or reply to any of my emails NOTHING!!! So how do I get my refund???
