SAA - HORRENDOUS service on SAA intl flight

I am a silver Voyager card holder - flight taken 15th June SA207 from JNB to IAD.

I have sent a detailed explanation of the issue to the Voyager & Customer service Emails, but in the 1000 characters here, cannot go into the detail how shocking an SAA flight was to the US, so this is simply to make sure you review all the detail I have placed on email.
