I made a booking at Shoprite for the 16/06/13 for an adult; 11 year and a child of 2.5 years and the teller told me that children pay from the age of 3 years. I boarded them, few minutes before departure the driver told me that the child had to pay and as pay from 2 years and not 3 as I was told.

I then had to go to the office to go buy the other ticket for her and was told that the bus was full and could not buy her a ticket, when I was asked for my money back so that I can look for another bus service I was told to send an a letter to the head office and that I will get my money after 7 days. I asked to speak to the supervisor but there was none at the office.

I understand the policies but the teller Nadine Jardine made me feel as if the whole misunderstanding was my fault and at some point was told to get my money from Shoprite as I made the booking with them. She was only concerned about the bus being late and that I was keeping them up and instructed the driver to offload my children and leave. I did not once get an apology, no remedy except that they must get off the bus and will get my money after 7 days. She was very rude and abnoxius and has no concern for customers.
