Message to all ye who are planning on making a booking with British Airways, aka Bad Attitude... see below for what happens if you make a mistake, oops!!
And watch their reply on this site... They will tell me to log a complaint onto their website, so, like most corporates, they will do ANYTHING to avoid speaking to their customers, while doing EVERYTHING to inconvenience us as much as possible.

When am I going to receive my R16, 532 refund for the erroneous booking I made 2 weeks ago, and for which I think I've been punished enough by being told by your customer 'care' staff that it's my 'fault' and 'that's our process'... And for this wonderful service I've had to make 3 phone calls, and wait a MINIMUM of 12 minutes for SOMEONE to answer, all the while listening to your promotions, in which I have NO INTEREST at all.
How about some REAL customer SERVICE British Airways? How about thinking about your customers once in a while? Those who pay your salary!!
