FALSE ADVERTISING

Has anybody seen the new Supaquick add? The promotion is for 50% DISCOUNT on shocks from 16 to 30September with a lifetime guarantee on the Gabriel shock. I have to replace shocks - got a quote 2 weeks ago for R1300. I went there today - the price is the same??? I phoned several branches, even spoke to the Western Cape Area Manager - but they ALL have the same Story! The price is the same, because they ALWAYS sell the shocks at a 50% discount??

The best part is - The INDUSTRY doing the same work, is even cheaper for the same Gabriel Shock, than the Supaquick price (with 50% discount included) - the ONLY difference is that they give a 3year guarantee and Supaquick a lifetime guarantee on the shocks.

ALL the people spoken to from Supaquick feels that their add is correct and that they are actually advertising the GUARANTEE on the shock. NO ONE is willing to accept that their advertising is WRONG, and FALSE! If you advertise a DISOUNT, PLEASE GIVE a DISOUNT!

I feel that they get alot of customers through their FALSE advertising, and the customers could have paid a better price somewhere else, but they go to them with the hope of receiving the DISCOUNT as advertised!
