SAA baggage issues

The combination lock on my bag was broken into on flight #SA1004 from Bloemfontein, 'I proceeded to baggage claims where Mr. Mesack Tsogamg told me he could not see what is wrong with the lock. I showed that the shackle was bent open and not able to secure. He proceeded to bend the shackle back and told me the lock was now in working condition. He did not even enquire if anything was (its hard to make an inventory of your clothing in an airport). When I asked to speak to his supervisor he refused. His general no care attitude was really offputting. I had to catch a connecting flight, preventing me to pursue the matter.
