Baggage delay & Lost of personal items as a reult

Travelled to Brazil Sao Paulo with SAA, final destination. Baggage was delayed and never boarded onto the connecting flight to Rio. As a result my baggage was opened and items of personal nature was! it took almost 3 days to get to Rio in the end - with endless phone calls and numerous cut calls because I couldn't speak Portuguese! I know that you are advised not to leave valuables in your luggage, however I could not carry the items that were in my hand luggage (make up, make up tool sets as well as skin care). I have proof that when the bag was opened, those items were present, but when I FINALLY received my bag, those items were gone!! the lock was tampered to such a state that I had to take it to a lock smith to get it opened!

SAA I AM UTTERLY DISGUSTED & DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS SERVICE!!! How can I EVER trust flying with you again?! Or even vote for you as Africa's leading airline?!?!
