ACSA TO DO A CRIMINAL CHECK ON BAGGAGE SECURITY

I took a flight from Lanseria to Cape Town on the 3rd of September. I checked in one bag which comes with a built in combination lock system. Upon collecting my bag I noticed how someone tried to gain access to my belonging because one lock system was broken. I immediately reported the matter to the Airline Mango who claim that they are not the only ones who handled my bag but the 5 security baggage guys from ACSA. I have spent a lot of money calling and in an email I was told that they are not at fault. Although nothing was, I just want my bag replaced as I am currently unemployed and will not afford to buy another bag of that quality. Between ACSA and Mango, something needs to be done because that bag was not in my care during the period it was damaged.
