I was advised against flying for medical reasons on the weekend of 15 and 16 June 2013. I called reservations and asked to change the booking. That was done professionally and well. My complaint is the amount the change penalty came to - over R1000-00 against an original return ticket cost of R1850-00. I understand that there are admin costs accociated with a ticket change, but It should be nowhere near R1000-00. I am a regular user of Kulula from Lanseria to Cape Town. Surely there could be some moderation of the penalty, if not a complete waiver for a regular customer?
