ALL CONSUMERS DON'T TRUST/DEAL WITH FLIGHT CENTER

In the past I always used to always used flight centre but after ripping us off with prices and charges than I left using flight centre, but again I was promised the service is much better. huh, I bought air ticket with I think her name Taryn at westgate but later when I need to book then she never gets back to me then I stopped dealing with her and I start booking my ticket on line.

flight centre start sending me mails for good fair etc voucher R400 so today I called westgate for booking to submit to the embassy to issue the visa after approval I will buy the ticket, she was so rude the way she talking to me, she said no she must charge me R250 booking she state that the air line will charge flight centre money, what a cra... p story I fly 8 times every year with qatar air ways, I have asked the manager there he said no they don't charge anything.

However I will never use you again what a nonsense company was and still and will always be cra... p selfish company. I am ur client and you want to charge me for booking then u charge me again for air ticket when I buy it.
I wonder why ur company not doing well like before. I will never trust you again never!
