Cancelled ticket not refunded for 8 months!

We purchased a flight ticket with Flight Centre August 2012.
The flight was cancelled, and a new booking made because changes to route of original planning.

Until today we have not received the refund from the cancelled ticket.
8 months on and no money received for cancellation!

Please go read "The Consumer Protection Act"
Legal action will be followed if this can not be resolved ASAP!

I'm writing this report as I've communicated with Flight Centre employees over and over again, always getting the "will follow up" response.
It's 8 months on and needless to say this excuse is wearing thin.
