SENT MANY EMAILED COMPLAINTS NO RESPONSE

I have sent countless emails as I cancelled my flexi club. All i get is steps to follow which i did do. They then just send we have sent it to the board of trustess etc and this has taken over 2 months already. I paid the years annual amount as per the request yet they still deducted last months debit order so they owe me money bit they will not even reply to my emails so to anyone who is even thinking of joining flexi club DON'T. They are only there to your money.
