Missed connection

My wife and I missed our connecting flight on our honeymoon. I require a letter from the airline stating the reason for the delay from emirates. I have requested the letter more than two months ago, and still no response. I call their call centre and they don't assist either. I have, ailed numerous follow up mails and still no luck.
