I flew from JHB to Dubai and caught a connecting flight from Dubai to London. The 2nd flight was delayed due to an Emirates fault this caused me to miss my connecting train in London and I had to spend 80pounds for new tickets. I submitted a refund request to Emirates on the 12th June and have had no feedback from them Ref No: JNB/X/RM/170613/6867444.
Phones Emirates JHB and was told to phone Dubai!
