I was booked on a flight about a year ago on Emirates to Amsterdam which got cancelled. Due to the inconvenience, I got an email saying I will be given 25000 skywards miles, if I open a skywards account and let them know about it. I did so and got no response. I then went to the Emirates website to try and claim the miles and got a response from Customer Service saying they will investigate and get back to me. Its been a year and I have gotten no response from anyone, after numerous tried to get a hold of them. The service on Emirates is appalling! To think a flight got cancelled at the last minute after a 3 hour delay, and for them to not full fill their promise is just beyond me!!!
