Bad Service and VERY Stinking attitude

I and my husband went to buy a ticket at the money market for my cousin who is in Port Shepstone. I wanted I ticket from Port Shepstone to Cape Town that will be in the evening anytime between Friday the 19th to sunday the 21st. I had things to buy at shoprite my husband checked the ticket. He noticed that the lady has made a mistake the ticket departs from Cape town to Port Shepstone. We immediately went back to her I then told her that she has made a mistake. She then told me im the one who made a mistake not her and and her colleague also agreed with her. I asked the colleage how would she have heard me as she was busy helping a customer?
I tried to explain to her that there is no way I would have said from CT because the person that im buying for is in Port Shepstone. I wasn't even able to finish my explaination as she shut me off saying I should just apologise to her that I made a mistake. I told her there is no way im apologizing she is the one who made a mistake. When I asked her to ask my husband she said " I WONT DO THAT & I WILL NOT APOLOGISE " I told her I will lodge a complain she said " well my name is carol" pointing at her name tag with the I don't care attitude.
