Shoprite
Bad service

I was at Shoprite in Jabulani at 3h42 to send R500 to my wife, I took out 2x R200 notes plus a hundred rand note to give to teller 6 who had no name tag, she then told me to give R10 as a charged fee for the transaction, I gave he R20 and she gave me R10 back with the slip that has details of the transaction as i left I noticed the slip said R400 . I then started to inquire and asked the camera footage to be viewed to my shock they told me the camera could no see the teller (she probably knows), they then decided to use a very unreliable system called SPOT Check which they did in their own secrecy, they came back and told me the money was over by 79 cents and therefore could not help me... i believe i have been ripped off by teller or when they counted the money there was already a shortfall... I have been a loyal customer of Shoprite for over 15 years and I do encourage the congregation which I pastor to buy at shoprite but the service I got today is very bad R100 is not a lot of money but it my money and I dont think shoprite will allow people to rip them off R100 worth of groceries (they will have them arrested). I'm no happy I wish someone can do something about this
