The incident happened on the 11 May 2013 when I was flying from Durban to Johannesburg. At check in I was supposed to provide my credit card for verification but I had forgotten it at home. I was asked to proceed to customer care to resolve the issue as the ticket could not be issued. I received a terrible service from customer care as if I had left the card on purpose. I had to pay for the same trip again, using my debit card. I was told to phone Mango enquiries for a refund of the initial ticket. I submitted my request for a refund of R929 on the 17 May and I was told it would take 7 - 14 working days. Today it is exactly 20 working days and I still have not received my money. I've been phoning everyday since the 14 day period was over but still no luck. Everyday someone tells me finance is processing the payment. I am fed up with this kind of service. Mango has got to be the worst airline to be operating in this country. The attitude of the staff is disgusting!!!
