Good day

I wanted to go and exchange a pair of sandals, the time was exactly quarter to 5 and as i was about to enter the store the security, banged the door in my face and the sales assistant laughed saying the store is closed already.. it might sound petty but im appalled at the tone and the way it was said and then she laughed. Im not sure i ever want to go and shop there again
