4 months waiting for refund

On the 22/02/13 at approx. 09h30 in the morning, paid R813 for flight to Johannesburg on the 20/03/2013. on the 06/03/2013 called the call centre just to double check to my suprise "Tracy Africa" confirmed the payment reflect on their system but the ticket was cancelled as was not paid that left me confused and she said there is nothing she can do i must pay for another flight ticket and request refund of R813. It was supposed to take 6-8 weeks but now is long overdue. when I call the refund department they refer me to call centre no one is will to assist.
