I AM LIVERED MY SUIT CASE IS MISSING!!

I am so upset I took a flight from Cape Town to Johannesburg arriving JHB on JE 166 at 10 pm on 3/6/2013 and the carousals with the incoming luggage were totally mixed up they mixed Durbans arrivals with Cape Town and it seems that A Mr Krestal arriving from Durban took my suit case as it looks exactly the same as his that he left behind which is still at the airport. I have all my precious goods and my medication in that bag!!! What on earth are Mango doing mixing the bags on the carousals!!! if they had not of done that this man would not have taken mine at least i assume he has taken it. Sort this out!!! My Ref number for my bag is 0 083 SA 669959.
