DO NOT DELIVER WHAT THEY PROMISE

Since inception of joining this club in July 2011 we have to this date not been able to make any bookings The very next day after joining, we made arrangements to use vouchers vouchers given to us at the presentation and have not been able to use them despite various attempts. We have been trying to cancel this for approximately 2 years and again no replies are ever received. They don"t even reply to our attorneys correspondence.
What was promised has not been delivered and they have accordingly in breach and have failed to comply with the Consumer Rights. We demand a refund of all monies paid plus interest ASAP. Sadly have come across numerous people complaining about the same company for the exact same reasons. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH
