On the 20/03/2013 i boarded flight JE241 at 6:05 arrived at Durban King shaka at 07:15, i had purchased a blackberry curve as a gift for my mum which i put underneath all my clothing in my suite case upon arriving in Durban i had to wait very long for my bag to come out of the collection point once i received it i left. When i reached home that's when i discovered the vodacom packet and tampered with and the had the phone with the box as well as the battery i didnt not take insurance so i cannot claim a new phone for the next two years of my life i have to pay for something i do not have how do the staff at mango feel that they can go through other peoples bags and i will most certainly advise my family and friends that mango had no sort of security, My husband then called Mango Dbn and spoke to a guy named Mohammed who then told us we need to sort this out in joburg as Durban cannot help how can they not want to help when the phone was in Durban??? i waited for my holiday to be over flew back on the 31/03/2013 went straight to mango and they said they cannot help i must cal Thanda on 0110865545 that number just goes to voice mail i no longer know what to do
