A mother of a two and a half year old, who is also pregnant, was disregarded when struggling with check in. She on numerous occasions requested assistance with her hand luggage. We stood and watched the unconcerned staff. We will inform all travellers about this. What struck us all was the attitude of, "get a move on, our rules are our rules". No care or empathy for your clients was the order of the day. We are so disappointed in your company. I suggest training for your clients, and an improvement in service delivery.
