Bad attitude wrecklessness from driver! apalling!!!

Thursday I took the Greyhound bus from Polokwane Mall of the North to Pretoria.
Not only was i appalled by the drivers attitude towards passengers-but i was highly sickened by the conditions of the coach. Firstly the Toilet in the bus could not flush-it stank, the water system in the bus was not working at all-and to think that i had expected world class service from the bus service.the driver kept swearing and shouting at the passengers-he instructed a 10min break when he stopped for the break-i quote " you only have 10min break-if you are not done i`m leaving you behind"he commented on how he cant stand smokers and the smell of cigarettes on his bus after people smoked-witch for me was very rude.he passed two robots on caution and almost caused passenger to fall off their seats.i was very disappointed with the service, the lack of care and insults buy the driver and the condition of the bus-the tv on the bus has multiple colours that no one could see the pictures clearly, the movies played where extremely outdated.
i am appalled that i had to part with R400 for service.i am extremely disappointed and very appalled.i really hope that that driver will be disciplined.
