Overcharging on all parking, short term and long term at O R T Cape Town and Lanseria airports, even a R500 fine at Lanseria airport if you leave your car unattended for 15 mins in the drop off zone, to help some one with small children to check in and board a plane. R100 will have the effect not to crowd the parking area but instead its the old principle, the rich get richer and the poor have no option but to pay or get there car clamped.
