What a Useless Website!

I will be so pleased when my Voyager Miles are up! Every time I pay for a flight on this website with a Mastercard, I can stand on my head but the payment does not go through and when you retry, there is a lock set on the Voyager side of which one is not informed so you keep trying like an, wasting hours. The website also does not retain your input data, even though one is in a secure website after duly logging on. Then try to phone! Holy cow. NEVER SELECT OPTION ZERO because that phone is not manned by order of the Board of Heaven itself and if anybody answers that phone, they go straight to! Once you select another option, help is quite efficient and friendly. Life is only that long. Do we really have to waste hours of it dealing with user unfriendly websites like this piece of!
