I have been a Voyager member since 1995.Ever since their website changed last year I have been experiencing endless problems in allocating lost miles. The call centre agents tell me that they cannot help despite me having ticket numbers, boarding passes and tax invoices. They do not respond to any emails. The managers do not respond to emails. The website rejects lost mile applications. Can SAA please advise what to do as Voyager is untouchable and unapproachable. There are no more Voyager counters at the airports. Please someone assist at SAA.
