They have no customer service skills what so ever!!! what the is the point of giving your contact details when booking a bus? if the bus is late the customer just got to wait and smile but if the customer is a few minutes late the you lose your ticket. i mean atleast phone the person to ask where they are and warn them about being late. im really off and want nothing to do with translux...
