Poor customer service, bad attitude from the Driver of the bus. When lodging a complaint, the customer service department could not care, all they kept rephrasing was that we missed the bus. the point was that the service we got after missing the bus was poor, the driver had an attitude and only after wanting us to beg him he eventually when the bus was leaving asked that the old lady board the bus. Translux says he was right it is his discretion to allow paying clients to board or not board the bus if they missed the bus at their boarding location. When Translux is late, which discretion is being applied? I really did not expect a bus service that I have used for the 8 years of my life to give me such attitude.
What does customer service mean to them.
Does attitude count more than how your customers views you?

I'm very dissapointed and shocking for me that we still get service providers who try to make clients feel small and as if they are been done a favour as the lady has already clearly stated that if the driver decides to allow a client to board a bus that is not full at another boarding location none that the specified one that is doing you a favour, he was right..??
