Call centre unable to provide info on why bus late

My in laws booked bus from East London to Cape Town, bus was suppose to arrive at 02:20am this morning. Its now 06:10am and bus has still not arrived. No communication from Translux as to why bus is late and call centre agents all sound half asleep cannot state why bus is late. Is this the standard of customer service Translux delivers? My inlaws are staying out in the cold!!! 1 This is totally unacceptable
