On 22May 2013 I bought tickets at computicket frm PTA to Middleburg E.Cape departing at 17:45. on 23May, I arrived at Pretoria station just after 4pm, only to findout that my bus was cancelled, no one from translux had phone to alert me of the cancellation. Their first response to me was a refund, I could not accept it, because I had a medical issue that required my mom to be in E.Cape on the 24th. Management was called and they were reluctant to make an alternative, until I threatened to go to the newspapers. After much fighting with them, Mr Mabitsela (mananger) arranged to buy gautrain trips to Parkstation and he arranged to have the earlier bus from there stopped and wait for us, he was reluctant in helpin they threatened to leave us behind, even though I explained that I'm travelling with an elderly person who is not well and can't run.

Even though Translux waited for us, they had to take the responsibility after much fighting with them, the teller at Pretoria station - Tuuto was very helpful in advising management into helping us. They need to stop selling cancelled service from computicket and their website, they need to update their system.
