I booked a flight to travel on the 16th August 2013 to JHB, my event has been cancelled and I will no longer be travelling, I was told that because I ticked the little box that gives you an essay of terms and conditions, that I forfeit my money in totality, I would understand Kulula charging a cancellation fee, but 100% is a bit unfair towards consumers. I have decided to not even bother with the call centre and have approaced the National Consumer Commission instead challenging this ridiculous policy, consumers are entitled to refund under section 20 of the CPA (subject to certain proviso's) which Kulula does not meet, I will be taking this further.
