Dissappointed

I purchased tickets for my family and one of them is no longer going on holiday, kulula is refusing to refund me, i then asked that i use the ticket, change the date, route and time and i was informed that i cannot modify the name on a ticket, my problem is that i will lose R817 because of a stupid and ridiculous process, if you can change the date and flight route why is it so hard to change the name. what kulula is telling is that i must go and myself and either way i do not win, i use them for all my travels and i can tell you now this will be last time i use your servise, i nly want to change the ticket not cancel. what the!!!
