Sudwala Chalets Share Block Limited
Deducting levy's thats not authorised

Money (R2385.86) for a time share unit (602M20INV28260) that does not belong to me was deducted from my account without my consent. (Criminal). The matter was brought to their attention on the 10th of January 2013 and still no response from anyone of the people spoken to. Now they want proof that the unit does not belong to me (what a joke) just because the other party has the same surname!!! Should we really take this matter to the legal system. Proof was supplied to them they actually deducted the moneys from my account and this happened constantly over the last 6 years. Cant they do accounting?
