I booked flights and a car through Kulula in December. When I arrived in Cape Town to collect the car I was told I need to pay a R7000.00 deposit as I could not supply them with a voucher number. We do not own credit cards and found it very difficult to do business with Kulula as they wanted credit card details. Fortunately for me I had money available in my debit account. We made in deposit into Comair's account in advance and I e-mailed proof to Sofiso. Europcar then went ahead and also debited my account. Is there no person reconciling Comai'rs account who could have allocated my deposit in order to refund me? I was then told that my refund will take anything between 7 to 14 working days!!! I have been out of pocket because of someone at Kulula/Comair not doing their job properly?? I reported it to their customer complaints account in their website and as yet has not received any feedback on my complaint.
