Greyhound services are very bad, on 25/04/2013 we waited two hours for the bus to arrive in Richards Bay, they did not inform us, on 03/05/2013 the same thing happened at Johannesburg station, the bus broke down and again they did not inform us. They are always late and never on time, we had to travel from Midrand in a City Liner that was filthy, we forgot our jackets on the bus and when you phone them they got a very bad attitude
