Bus breaks down AGAIN!

We stopped using Greyhound because your busses are constantly breaking down and running late! We have had NO choice but to put our daughter on the bus from Jhb to Grahamstown and again the bus broke down today 2/7/2013 at 17.45 and only left Park station at 20.50!!!

This is unreliable and unacceptable and I will NOT use your service again!!!
