Damaged coaches

I auctioned for coaches on bid or buy and lost the auction, but i got a personal offer from the seller that i could buy the items for the winning price, which i was so excited about because i tried to bid for the item a number of times already. i was in Cape Town when the items were delivered and as soon as i got home a few days later, i checked the coaches only to find that the two seater was damaged. When i contacted the seller, he was mad at me for only coming back to him 6 days after delivery. he refered me to another person who he claims is from bid or buy but when that person eventually got back to me a week later, he said there is nothing they can do. i sent another e-mail to bid or buy on 20 September 2013 to which i havent received a response.

Im dissapointed that bid or buy does not protect its customers. The seller says there is no way he will replace or fix the couch because he doesnt know what happened in the 6 days. Bid or buy have lost themselves a quick paying customer and i hope they will help resort my problem. I am now sitting with a torn coach at home and im really not happy about this.
