Bad Bad Bad Service!!!
I sold my Holiday Club Points on 13 March 2013. On the 14/03/2013 I did sent ae-mail to Zama Khumalo to arrange for the transfer documents to be sent to me and the buyer.
She replied that she no longer deal with this and that I should contact a lady with the name of Priscilla. An e-mail was sent to her on 14/03/2013 to arrange for the documents. On the 19th of March I still have'nt received any feedback and the mail was re-sent to Priscilla. I contacted the Holiday Club on the 25the March and spoke to Priscilla and again requested for the transfer documents. She informed me that I should first cancell my existing bookings before transfer could take place. This was done. On the 27the March the buyer did sent Priscilla an e-mail requesting for the transfer documents. On the 3/4/2013 a 3rd request was sent and still no feedback. Could some please assist!!!
