If you take out a contract with CellC you must realise that if you have a query - it will fell on death ears and the chances are very good that you will not receive any positive feedback.

Anycase here we go again. I have casual chat 100 package and it included 100 free monthly sms'e. I have used all the sms'e and on the 9 April 2013 I phoned custormer care and the person said he will activate my R34 bundle which includes 120 sms'e. After the call I also logged onto My Account on CellC website to check my balance. The bundle was activated and I was a happy chappy. On 20 April 2013 I realise that CellC was charging me for sms'e I send after I dailed *101# to check my balance. I phoned Customer Care Ref:: 3042000166 and reported the case On the 22 April 2013 I also emailed my case to [Email Removed] & [Email Removed]

I Phone Custormer Services again on the 26 April 2013 Call reference: 1304260000000607786 and the person said she will make a note on the system for the technical department to follow it up. I also mailed my querry the 26th and to date NO one have called me or resolved my case. HISTORY IS REPEATING ITSELF
