Cellc never increase my monthly minutes to 200min

I had called CellC customer-care on the 5 April 2013 at 5pm, to have my monthly contract minutes increased to 200min. After waiting a 1:30 to get trough, the cell c employee that took my request down & informed me they would forward my request to the department, It should take about 6 DAYS for them to respond, I nearly fell of my chair when I heard that from the employee. Guess what still no body has called me back to increase my monthly minutes to 200 minutes.
I have also sent a email to the customer-care! Guess what? There email in-box is full that show's you how many complaints they have received. I then send a sms to the number they provide you to send a request to Cellc, and still I am waiting for Cellc to contact me back. I am appalled by the bad service of CellC and one would think they would want extra business, does not look like it to me!
If you want to switch to CellC think twice because this will be the type service you will get in your two contract with them. Like they say: if you want cheap expect cheap / bad service from them.
