Rude to customers

I called Mrs Govendor to make arrangements on paying my account, she was so rude to me didn't want to hear what i have to say threatened to garnish me. She called today making up stories about what i said to her on Friday 26 April 2013 when i'm trying to explain to her she doesn't give me a chance to talk and she drop the phone on me while still talking to her.
