I received a threatened sms, 4th time this month that I will be sued if I dont pay when I have paid, I called them the consultant very rudely passed the phone to someone else while I was busy talking to her without a notification. I had to start all over again. The next person introduced her self as Jackie the Debt collector, she was rude and uncooperative, used a threatening tone of voice, Told me I needing to be paying 2k a month or will be sued. I tried making alternative arrangements for amount I can afford to pay I was told to go with what they say or will be sued. I protested I didn't have large amounts to despose of to pay she didn't want to hear, she treatend to bill be for the tracing agent even so I cooperated in giving her my new address. On my request to slow down with the threatened message every month I was told, her exact words here: "They (the smses will be coming and there will be nothing you can do about that"-STD bank loves working with companies who bulie there clients this is my 2 nd time with 2nd collection companies in 2 years. This is not right there must be a rules of conduct of speaking to clients done in a course for STD bank collection co's as it is not acceptable
