Collections agents very rude and on telephone

I received a call from the RCS group collections just after informing me that the call is recorded this lady asks me why is my account in arrears i ask to hold on while i look for my receipt as i paid on Saturday and its impossible for my account to be in arrears she quickly responded very loud that i did not pay anything there is only last months payment showing - she did not give me a chance to talk and i asked her to hold while i look for the receipt she kept making noise - which made me upset and said to her to 'shutup' as i want to give her details of when and how i paid then she screamed that i am rude and hung up.
I am working in collections and the most important thing to do in this situation is to give the account holder a chance to respond to the first question with out the agent trying to be the one on top of the customer and being loud this is very disturbing as i am not a rude person but people like the collections group at RCS are rude and i am not going tolerate this.
RCS must learn to check weekend payments before they start calling customers and being unnecessarily rude.
I am very Disappointed.
