Claim not processed even after faxing all document

My uncle passed on last month and he was not married. My mother (his sister) is the one responsible for his assets. All the documents to support this where faxed to the appropriate department from Markham Thohoyandou on the 12th of April 2013.I called the claim Department today and the lady who answered my call was very rude. She didn't want to explain anything to me and all she said was they should fax affidavit which was done already. Now I'm wondering how long does it take for this department to get Fax? And when I was on the phone with this lady she kept saying bye while I was still talking and it's like she didn't want to help me in anyway. This is very rude since I was the one who called.
