They fixed my massive mistake without any argument

A few weeks ago I made the huge mistake of paying almost 30 times the value of my monthly bill into my MTN account, via EFT. This was partly due to not concentrating fully, and partly because of FNB's complicated and stupid online banking interface. Needless to say, when I realized my mistake, I panicked.
I went into the MTN branch at Eastgate Mall, and after explaining the situation, and getting past the confusion of what I was telling them, they finally understood, and logged a refund request on the system. The next day I called in with the ref number I had been given, and explained the situation again to the consultant. She expressed deep concern, and told me she would escalate the request, but that I should expect the refund no sooner than 10 working days. Satisfied, I decided to wait. The next day I got a text message stating that my refund had been paid into my account, and that it should reflect within a few days. It did, the very next day, to the value of almost R16, 000.00! I was so relieved that my problem had been solved. Thanks MTN, that was pretty amazing and just shows that people do care about the misfortune of others, even if it was self-inflicted!
