Your mistake, fix it!!!

Having cancelled my contract with MTN a few weeks back and paid in full all associated costs (which included the bill of the month that I was in at the time), much to my surprise, MTN decided to take the money again at the end of the month, meaning i'd paid the same fee twice.

During my first call to MTN, the seemingly very helpful gentleman assured me that the refund would be in my account within 48 hours... it wasn't, so i rang again. The second person i spoke to informed me that the request to refund me MY money had in fact not been made, but he would do so immediately and i'd receive my money in 48 hours... i didn't.

Third call told me i'd receive it in 7 working days... i didn't!

Fourth call told me that it had in fact only just been approved but not yet processed (11 working days after my initial call)

Companies such as yourselves are very quick to take our money but amazingly when it comes to paying it back there is always a waiting period.

You made this mistake... you fix it... quickly.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK
